Position: Senior Human Resource Consultant
Job purpose: To provide strategic and operational human resource consulting services to clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expert advisory services on to our clients including organizational Restructuring, Recruitment and selection; Performance Reward; Job evaluation;
Salary Survey; Pay Structuring; Drafting Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related course
- Professional certification (CHRP, IHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR consultancy.
