Job Purpose
To implement and maintain quality systems, conduct audits, and investigate complaints for improved efficiency of URSB services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Supporting coordination with user departments in the development, review, and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015-aligned Quality Management System (QMS) at URSB to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
- Identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Monitoring and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Documenting quality issues and non-conformances, and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
- Liaising with relevant departments to facilitate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Providing support in the development and delivery of quality-related training programmes for employees.
- Evaluating URSB services to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Implementing and managing quality control processes.
Person Specifications
Academic Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Process Improvement, Business Administration, or any other relevant field related to Quality Assurance.
- Any professional qualification training
Work Experience
-
- At least three (3) years Working Experience in quality assurance at the level of Quality Assurance Officer in government or equivalent level in a reputable private institution.
