KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and support cloud environments (private and public)
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and application issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients
• Manage incidents, changes, and system updates
• Optimize cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency
• Develop automation tools and maintain technical documentation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years’ experience in cloud support and IT infrastructure operations
- IT or Computer Science related university degree or similar qualification
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (VMware administration, OpenStack, or Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of networking, systems administration, and cloud security
- Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
