NOMINATED CANDIDATES FOR THE CHINA MOFCOM SCHOLARSHIP FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/2027

1. All nominated candidates are required to submit the soft copies of the following documents to the embassy of
China through traininguga@126.com
a) Application Form(s) as required by the University and the CSC
b) Two recommendation letters (PDF)
c) Bachelors or Master’s Degree Certificate (PDF)
d) Academic Transcript (PDF)
e) A personal Statement consisting of seven parts
f) Foreign Physical Examination Form (PDF)
g) Passport Photocopy (PDF)
h) Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (PDF)
i) Candidates Information Form (XLS Version) instead of PDF)
2. For purpose of accuracy, all candidates are required to refer to the online application guidelines shared with you
on the website of MoES.
3. All candidates should submit these documents latest today 5th May 2026.
4. After submission of these documents, prepare fore another interview at the Embassy of China that will be communicated by the Embassy Staff at an appropriate time. Please keep checking your email.
5. All candidates whose names do not appear on this list should consider themselves not Nominated.
