I’m Nyaradzo Mashamba, Head of Field Operations at eSusFarm. We are an agri-fintech platform giving smallholder farmers across Uganda and South Africa access to insurance, credit, and agricultural support and we are in active launch phase right now.
We are hiring Field Managers in both Uganda and South Africa. This is not a desk job. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will recruit and manage a network of agents, get farmers registered and insured, and be the operational presence on the ground during the most critical phase of our growth.
You are the right person if you have 3-5 years in field management, agricultural extension, or agritech. If you know how mobile money works – MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. If you speak the local language, know the farmer, and can hit targets without being chased.
