We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Officers to join our Front Desk & Customer Service team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth hospital operations, providing excellent patient support, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients at the front desk.
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in processing medical records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Support guest relations and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth hospital operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient information.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word. Excel. Outlook) and other administrative tools.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
