CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Job Summary

A Client Relationship Manager role responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients within the pension and insurance sector. This role involves providing high-level relationship management, consultancy, and advisory services while driving performance, meeting revenue targets, and enforcing statutory compliance in line with organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate formal and informal client meetings, engagements, and educational trainings to meet service standards.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and represent the business in industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure strict adherence to client SLAs, internal policies, and statutory risk management requirements.
• Proactively manage, resolve, and escalate client complaints or potential areas of non-compliance.
• Prepare internal management reports and offer secretarial and support services to the assigned portfolio.
• Co-ordinate the annual financial audit process and reviews within statutory deadlines.
• Formulate business presentations, communicate industry updates, and provide regulatory guidance to clients.
• Achieve individual revenue targets, manage invoicing/income collection, and collaborate on cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications, and Competencies

• Education: Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Actuarial, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Certifications: Any relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• Good technical knowledge and strong understanding of the pension and insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Highly organized with effective time management skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
