POSITION: Human Resource Manager (Re-advertised)
REPORTING TO: Medical Director
DUTY STATION: Lifelink Medical Centre & Hospital
JOB PURPOSE:
The Human Resource Manager, is responsible for leading, coordinating and steering all staff related matters of the Medical Group.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Human Resource related discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management OR Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a reputable organization of which at least 3 years must be as Manager or Supervisory level
- Minimum Age of 35 years
- Experience in a medical setting offers an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
POSITION: Deputy Finance Manager
REPORTING TO: Finance Manager
DUTY STATION: Lifelink Hospital & Medical Centre
JOB PURPOSE:
The Deputy Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager in overseeing the Medical Group’s operations to ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance and resource management.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Commerce from a recognized University and fully qualified Accountant (CPA/ACCA) OR Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA/ACCA)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience with at least two of those years in a leadership position.
- Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline is an added advantage
- Strong exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and performance management.
- Experience of working with a medical facility is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Healthcare financial systems and regulations
