Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, driving business performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all Paint & Sip Uganda activities.
Key Responsibilities
V Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
V Manage staff performance, scheduling, and team development.
V Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
V Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
V Monitor operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
V Oversee budgeting, revenue performance, and cost control.
V Support marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
V Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
V Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
V Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
V Minimum 3 years of management experience V Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field V Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
V Proven ability to manage operations, staff, and customer experience
V Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
V Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment V Creative or artistic background is an added advantage
