Job Opportunity – FMS Technician
We are seeking a qualified and experienced FMS Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of Fleet Management Systems (FMS), In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS), and related automotive electrical components.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS).
- Conduct inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on installed units.
- Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics on vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards.
- Prepare and maintain installation and maintenance records.
- Provide technical support when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in automotive wiring.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle tracking and fleet management system installation.
- Valid Rider’s License and willingness to ride a motorcycle.

- Good command of English, Kiswahili, and Luganda.
