Responsible for collecting and analyzing collections data in order to turn it into meaningful information that the company can use to improve and grow. It involves gathering of information from a number of sources and the job holder should be skilled in researching, analyzing and reporting to stakeholders which helps them in decision making.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors and opportunities to improve Collections performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other analytical tools to track key metrics and KPIs for Field Collections Team
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. This is done on hourly, daily, MTD, Monthly and quarterly basis based on ongoing initiatives and trends and they’re driven by Objectives Key Results
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights and recommendations to support Collections
- Verifies and ensures every customer refund is in line with the policy for existing and non-existing customers and that the refunds are made to the right persons
- Shares with the Sales Teams the different customer categories to ensure that the sales Team make follow ups to improve collections at Early stage
- Compiling collection officer commission.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Collection/ Buiness Analyst or in a similar analytical role of atleast 2 years
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to transform policies into data models is a must.
- High level of organization and detail-orientation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
