JOB SUMMARY
On behalf of our client in the Real Estate Industry, we are recruiting an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial transactions, ensure reporting accuracy, and manage accounting functions from budget preparation to statutory reporting. The ideal candidate is CPA-qualified, with strong technical accounting skills and proven ability to manage client accounts, support financial compliance, and contribute to sound financial decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Full CPA qualification (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in real estate
- Experience managing client accounts and financial records
- Membership in a recognized accounting professional body
- Knowledge of tax compliance and financial reporting standard
