BRANCH Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company objectives
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and achieve branch targets
- Oversee stock control, inventory management, and merchandising
- Ensure proper cash management and accountability
- Prepare and submit operational reports
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a managerial role within a supermarket, retail, or FMCG environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and report-writing ability
