Sipi Valley Resort is looking for a competent and passionate Lodge Supervisor to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily lodge operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
- Coordinate housekeeping and front office activities
- Monitor staff performance and schedules
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Customer-service oriented
