We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Operations Officer to support visa application processing at a Visa Application Centre (VAC).
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- O-12 months experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good typing and data entry skills V Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify visa application documents
- Assist applicants through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Maintain accurate applicant records
- Support passport dispatch and operational activities V Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
