KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
 Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth and profitability objectives.
 Translate business goals into actionable marketing and product plans.
 Drive product profitability, new product development, and market penetration.
 Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
 Monitor campaign effectiveness and report on performance and revenue contribution.
 Drive digital adoption, product uptake, and cross-selling initiatives.
Key Outcomes:

CUSTOMER CENTRICITY

 Develop and execute customer-driven marketing strategies.
 Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
 Leverage customer insights and feedback to improve products and services.
 Strengthen customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.

 Improved customer satisfaction

CONTROLS AND PROCESSES

 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
 Maintain strong brand governance and quality standards.
 Manage third-party vendors and agencies through effective SLAs and contracts.
 Track and report on marketing effectiveness and risks.
 Identify and mitigate reputational and operational risks.

JOB PROFILE
QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
 Postgraduate qualification/CIM is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

8–10 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in banking or FMCG.
