CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS – EYE-C Program

aBi Development Limited, in consortium with Café Africa and the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA), supported by regional partners and in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, is implementing the EYE-C Program—a five-year initiative designed to enhance economic empowerment, resilience, leadership, and access to dignified and fulfilling work for young women engaged in the coffee value chain and complementary enterprises in Uganda. The EYE-C Program operates in the coffee-growing regions of Central, Eastern, Western, and South-Western Uganda. The program is seeking volunteers to support its implementation at both the program secretariat and at regional partner levels.

Available Volunteer Positions include:

• Disability Inclusion Facilitators (TDIFs), (12 regional positions- Central, Eastern, Western, and South-Western Uganda):  Download ToR
• Finance Volunteer (1position- Central region):  Download ToR
• Office Administration Volunteers (4 regional positions- Central, Eastern, Western, and South-Western Uganda):  Download ToR
• Procurement Volunteer (1 position- Central region):  Download ToR

Eligibility:  Interested applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in the respective areas.

After completing the form, please submit your cover letter, CV, and academic documents to vacancy@abi.co.ug, clearly indicating the volunteer opportunity you are applying for in the subject line of the email (e.g., “Finance Volunteer – EYE C Program”). All documents should be combined into a single PDF file, with the total file size not exceeding 5MB.
