- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and integrity.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in customer service or client relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly and customer-focused.
- Able to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
