GRAIN VOUCHER BUSINESS LEAD
Asili Agriculture is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the growth, innovation and profitability of our Grain Voucher platform and build Africa’s leading agricultural asset platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business growth, customer adoption and revenue.
- Own product strategy, roadmap and innovation.
- Build strategic partnerships and expand the ecosystem.
- Ensure operational excellence across voucher processes.
- Own the P&L and drive financial performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology, Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business, product or commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Background in fintech, digital financial services, payments, telecom, or FMCG distribution is an added advantage.
