Elysian Strategic Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a reputable FMCG client to fill the position of Field Sales Representatives (FMCG). The incumbent will promote and sell company products within assigned territories while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving market penetration.
Working Station: Bugolobi, Kampala – Uganda
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Promote and sell FMCG products in assigned routes
– Identify and develop new customer opportunities
– Maintain strong customer relationships
– Achieve sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
– Collect and report market feedback
– Ensure product availability and visibility
– Execute daily route plans to maximize coverage and sales efficiency
– Support promotional campaigns and in-store activations
– Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
– Minimum 1 year FMCG field sales or distribution experience
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Target-driven and self-motivated
– Good territory planning skills
– Customer-focused mindset
– Ability to work under pressure
