Elysian Strategic Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a reputable FMCG client to fill the position of Sales Manager. The incumbent will lead sales strategy execution to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage distribution networks across assigned territories.
Working Station: Bugolobi, Kampala – Uganda
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and implement sales strategies
– Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
– Lead and supervise field sales teams
– Drive sales forecasting and performance tracking
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity
– Ensure achievement of sales targets
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and trade partners
– Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
– Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
EXPERIENCE
– Minimum 5 years’ FMCG sales experience
– 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
– Proven distributor and key account management experience
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills
– Strategic thinking and business acumen
– Strong analytical and reporting ability
– Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
