Woods & More is expanding and is looking for skilled, dedicated, and passionate professionals to join our growing team.
1. Furniture Workshop Manager
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily workshop operations and production schedules.
* Coordinate production teams to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain quality control, inventory, and equipment.
* Improve productivity and ensure workplace safety.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing a furniture manufacturing workshop.
* Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
2. Senior Carpenter
Responsibilities:
* Manufacture high-quality furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and cabinets.
* Interpret technical drawings and ensure quality workmanship.
* Supervise junior carpenters and maintain workshop standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in professional woodworking.
* Experience with modern woodworking machinery and cabinet making.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
3. Interior Designer & CNC Operator
Responsibilities:
* Create detailed 2D and 3D interior designs for kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and custom furniture.
* Prepare production-ready drawings and cutting plans.
* Operate CNC machines for precision cutting and engraving.
* Create and edit CNC toolpaths using relevant design software.
* Work closely with the workshop team to ensure designs are produced accurately.
* Assist clients with design concepts, material selection, and space planning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in interior design and CNC operation.
* Strong knowledge of furniture design, cabinetry, and production processes.
* Experience with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Blender, Aspire, or similar tools.
* Experience operating CNC woodworking machines is required.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and create accurate production files.
* Strong attention to detail and creativity.
4. Sales & Marketing Personnel
Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads and close sales.
* Promote our products on social media and other marketing channels.
* Meet clients, prepare quotations, and follow up on inquiries.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
* Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in furniture or interior design.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage.
* Self-driven and able to meet sales targets.
