About the Role
Lead stakeholder engagement & community relations for the Africa Coffee Park Project. Manage grievances & support fair compensation & resettlement processes. Ensure transparent communication & regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead community & stakeholder engagement.
- Manage grievances & conflict resolution.
- Coordinate land acquisition & resettlement communication.
- Build relationships with local leaders & stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project & regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Law, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or grievance management.
- Knowledge of land acquisition, resettlement, & compensation processes.
- Strong communication, mediation, & stakeholder management skills.
- Training in grievance handling or social safeguards is an added advantage.
