Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of three years’ sales experience
- Experience managing a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, lead and manage Sales Agents, grow the customer base, support client servicing, coordinate activations and manage client portfolios.
