WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations and grievance handling
  • Coordinate performance reviews and talent development
  • Plan and implement training & development programs
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports
  • Ensure compliance with Ugandan labour laws
  • Assist with payroll, benefits and employee changes
  • Promote employee engagement and well-being

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
  • 3-5 years’ HR experience in a mid/large organisation
  • Strong knowledge of Ugandan labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Highly organised, confidential and detail-oriented
  • Problem-solver with a people-first mindset
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
