WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Coordinate performance reviews and talent development
- Plan and implement training & development programs
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan labour laws
- Assist with payroll, benefits and employee changes
- Promote employee engagement and well-being
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
- 3-5 years’ HR experience in a mid/large organisation
- Strong knowledge of Ugandan labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Highly organised, confidential and detail-oriented
- Problem-solver with a people-first mindset
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
