Reporting Sales Manager – Dealers
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee dealer operations within the assigned region to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and expand the dealer network by identifying, onboarding, and supporting new dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure loyalty and consistent business growth.
• Monitor dealer performance, provide guidance, and implement strategies to improve sales and market penetration.
• Ensure dealers comply with company pricing, branding, and operational policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, dispatch, and finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels at dealer locations and ensure availability of fast-moving products.
• Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Support implementation of promotions, product launches, and marketing activities within the region.
• Assist dealers in resolving customer complaints and service issues promptly.
• Monitor credit performance of dealers and coordinate with finance on collections and credit control.
• Prepare and submit regular sales, market intelligence, and performance reports.
• Conduct regular field visits to dealers to assess operations and strengthen relationships.
• Drive achievement of regional sales targets and profitability goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management. Academic
Qualification, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in dealer/distribution management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities
