PROVISION OF TEAM BUILDING SERVICES FOR SUPPLY CHAIN STAFF FOR TWO (2) DAYS
Save the Children Uganda recognises the importance of a collaborative, motivated and high-performing Supply Chain team in ensuring effective and efficient programme delivery.
The team building activity is intended to strengthen teamwork, communication, trust and collaboration among Supply Chain staff, while providing an opportunity to reflect, connect and enhance team effectiveness. The activity will be conducted over two days.
The rapidly evolving operational environment requires Supply Chain staff to work closely across functions, respond effectively to changing priorities and maintain strong internal coordination. A well-coordinated team is essential to ensuring timely, transparent and accountable supply chain processes that support the organisation’s programmes and overall objectives.
The proposed two-day team building activity will therefore provide a structured opportunity for staff to strengthen interpersonal relationships, improve communication and collaboration, build trust, and address team dynamics that may affect performance. Through a combination of facilitated sessions and practical team-building activities, the engagement is expected to contribute to a more cohesive, responsive and effective Supply Chain team.

7. Sample of previous work undertaken.
