Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for building winning teams and driving business growth? ICEA LION Life Assurance Company (U) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Unit Manager to recruit, lead, and mentor our team of Risk Financial Advisors in Kampala.
Role: Unit Manager
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales unit of Financial Advisors.
- Establish strategic sales plans to hit and exceed group revenue targets.
- Provide hands-on field coaching, performance tracking, and continuous training.
- Maintain ethical standards, business quality, and high retention rates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 2-3 years in sales management or senior advising within insurance/banking.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
