RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Talent Link Uganda is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for one of our clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leadership role
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team management and staff coordination skills

• Location: Kampala Uganda
