MANAGER POSITIONS

We are hiring for TWO managerial positions to help lead our Bar & Restaurant operations to the next level.

JOB SUMMARY

Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, control costs and inventory, and drive sales and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage overall bar and restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate staff for high performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Control inventory, order supplies and minimize waste
• Develop and implement promotions to increase sales
• Monitor finances, set targets and achieve profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a managerial role in bar or restaurant
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food, beverages and industry trends Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

BAR ATTENDANT

JOB SUMMARY

Provide excellent customer service, serve drinks, maintain cleanliness and support the smooth running of the bar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve drinks and take orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
• Restock supplies as needed
• Support bar staff in daily operations
• Follow safety and hygiene standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as Bar Attendant is an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Friendly, honest and hardworking
• Ability to work in shifts
