SUPERMARKET ATTENDANT

Key duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day operations of the supermarket.
• Assisting customers with their shopping needs and requests.
• Consistent restocking of shelves and merchandise arrangement.
• Checking quality of products and tracking expiry dates.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the store.
• Collecting and processing of customer feedback and complaints.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: O-Level certificate.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an attendant.
• Technical skills: A decent level of product knowledge.
• Soft skills: Strong communication and organizational skills
