Walker Sourcing is hiring 50 Sales Representatives (Airtel Money Pay) to drive the adoption of Airtel Money Pay, a secure and convenient mobile payment solution for businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit merchants, businesses, and SMEs to onboard Airtel Money Pay.- Educate potential merchants on the benefits, features, and usage of Airtel Money Pay.
- Conduct sales pitches, product demonstrations, and field visits to close deals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of merchants, including documentation and account setup.
- Maintain relationships with onboarded merchants to encourage usage and resolve issues.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide market feedback on challenges, customer concerns, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or merchant acquisition (experience in fintech, mobile money, or banking is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with mobile money services and digital payment solutions is an added advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must own a smartphone for merchant onboarding and reporting.
