YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have 4-6 years of sales experience in building materials, especially sanitary ware & accessories
- Are passionate about sales and enjoy meeting targets
- Have strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Are self-motivated, proactive and customer-focused
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Local languages are an advantage
- Valid driving permit and willing to travel across Uganda
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (Diploma with extensive experience will be considered)
- Excellent knowledge of sanitary ware products, installation & technical specifications
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
- Experience working with contractors, developers, retail outlets or project-based clients
