Talent Foresight is hiring a Business Development Associate to be part of Talent Foresight’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, a deep understanding of the [industry] market, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development
- Identify and target key prospects and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and develop tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on talent strategies.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Presentations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent Talent Foresight at industry events and conferences.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client success, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the HR and Management market and talent management trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such spreadsheet would be a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
