Silver-Dean Company is hiring a Call Centre Agent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolving customer inquiries.
- Providing product or service information.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
A diploma or degree in customer service, business, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to speak fluently in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
