· Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS & email

· Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases

· Update customer records in the CRM

· Follow service standards (Average HandleTime, response time, quality)

· Provide feedback on customer trends and service gaps

Qualifications

· Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related field

· 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or call centre roles

· Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

· Computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, WhatsApp Business)

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
