
Climate and Health Research Center
Climate and Health Research Center is a NGO (not for profit) that explores the impact of climate change on human health with an aim of informing policies and advocating for actions that reduce the impact of climate change. We are currently hiring 15 passionate Research Assistants to participate in our ongoing study exploring the influence of neonatal homebased care practices among care givers on neonatal health outcomes in Oyam District, Northern Uganda.
Role Description
This is a contract role for a Research Assistants at Climate and Health Research Center (CHRC) located in Entebbe. The role involves data collection, analysis, preparing reports, and presenting findings. The Research Assistants will work closely with senior researchers.
Qualifications and required skills
A Bachelor’s degree in public health
Analytical Skills and Data Analysis skills
Excellent Communication skills
Research skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data collection and analysis
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
Prior experience in climate or health research is a plus
