Rolaam Fashions is hiring a Customer Service Officer responsible for overseeing daily business operations, tracking sales, handling financial transactions, and managing customer interactions. Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Officer.
1. Client Interaction & Support
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Provide detailed information about products, services, pricing, and order status.
2. Order Management.
Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking orders.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer requests and transactions.
3. Complaint Resolution.
Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company
policies.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
4. Customer Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and personalized service.
Record customer preferences and feedback to help improve service delivery.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams.
Coordinate with tailoring, stitching, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment.
Communicate customer needs and feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
6. Administrative Duties.
Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM or company database.
Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and feedback.
7. Upholding Brand Image.
Represent Rolaam Fashions professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company’s values and
commitment to quality.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage)
• At least 6 months experience in a customer service role, internship or a related field
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• Fair understanding of financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
