Company Overview:
Q-Sourcing is seeking a highly motivated Direct Sales Agent Supervisor to lead our 5G Direct Sales team within designated geographical areas. This role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management to drive results, motivate the team, and ensure sales targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Team Leadership:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage the direct sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
    • Conduct daily meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and align the team on sales goals.
  2. Sales and Distribution Management:

    • Ensure product availability and compliance with installation SLAs within assigned locations.
    • Oversee the execution of sales plans and maintain accurate sales records.
  3. Customer and Team Support:

    • Resolve customer complaints and address challenges faced by the sales team promptly.
    • Act as a bridge between sales agents and the Area Sales Manager to streamline communication.
  4. Market Presence:

    • Be actively present in the market to support and lead the team by example.
    • Monitor competitor activities, including products, packages, and commission schemes.
  5. Compliance and Recovery:

    • Ensure adherence to sales processes and policies.
    • Manage the recovery of devices from non-compliant customers efficiently.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Line Manager and cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
    • Guide and support cross-functional teams in executing sales initiatives effectively.
  7. Performance Management:

    • Evaluate team performance daily and provide actionable insights for improvement.
    • Develop and execute route plans for the team to optimize sales coverage.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education:

    • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (Mandatory).
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading high-performance teams in a competitive environment.
    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in telecom, device sales, corporate sales, or satellite TV industries.
  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of telecom trends, 5G, and Fixed Wireless Services is an added advantage.
    • Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve stretch targets.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
    • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
    • Flexibility to travel urgently when required.
