WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan daily delivery routes and schedules
- Monitor vehicles using GPS tracking systems
- Coordinate with warehouse, planning and customer service teams
- Communicate with drivers and customers
- Resolve issues and handle delivery exceptions
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years’ experience in dispatch or transport coordination
- Proficient in GPS/TMS and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized & able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Valid driving permit is an advantage
