WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management or related field
- 5-8 years’ experience in transport, logistics or fleet management (2-3 years in a supervisory role)
- Proven skills in route planning, driver supervision and fleet maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of TMS, ERP (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Valid driving permit (Class B or higher)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan & supervise daily dispatch operations
- Assign vehicles, monitor routes & adjust schedules in real time
- Liaise with warehouse, customers & Internal teams
- Monitor KPls: on-time delivery, fuel
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, documents& Compliance
- Handle issues, resolve complaints & drive continuous improvement
