Description
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in OSH, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years’ EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial operations, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of OSH Act Cap 231(as amended 2025) & National Environment Act Cap 181
- Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, EHS training & compliance reporting
- NEBOSH/ IOSH or relevant certifications (advantage)
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driving permit & willing to travel across sites
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure EHS legal compliance and governance
- Lead inspections, risk assessments and permit-to-work systems
- Manage incidents, investigations and corrective actions
- Lead safety committees and health surveillance programs
- Develop emergency plans and conduct drills
- Oversee environmental compliance & reporting
- Supervise, develop and motivate the EHS team
