WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Law or related field
- 6-8 years’ experience in employee relations with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Ugandan labour laws and dispute resolution
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Professional HR certification is an advantage
