Spouts of Water is hiring a Factory Technician & Welder to ensure that all machinery and equipment in the factory are operating efficiently and safely.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities Unique to the Role:

| To conduct repairs, maintenance, welding and fabrication of equipment at factory to ensure smooth running of the production process. | 50% |
| Perform safety checks and inspections on factory machines and equipment to ensure compliance with all the industrial standards. | 20% |
| To aid in machine operations and trainings on Standard Operating Procedures for factory machines and equipment. | 15% |
| To assist in the Installation and Assembling of new machinery and equipment as required. | 5% |
| To prepare and maintain records of repairs and maintenance for all machines at the factory to aid in decision making. | 5% |
| Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives. | 5% |

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Diploma in mechanical engineering, welding or any other related field.
- Proven experience as a factory mechanic, welder.
Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in the same role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer skills.
Business Understanding / Knowledge:
- Hands on experience with industrial machinery repairs, and mechanical systems.
Languages:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
