FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the restaurant, bar and other food and beverage areas, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations, high hygiene standards & achievement of departmental targets Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
• Atliest 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage supervisory role, preferably Hotel, restaurant or Hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge in food and beverage service standards
• Good understanding of stock control, cost and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good computer skills, ability to work flexible hours. including weekends and public holidays
