Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or directly related field.
- 1-3 year experience within the food industry, particularly in a farm-to-market context.
- Solid foundation in food processing principles and food product development.
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate supply, processing, and delivery operations efficiently & good communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
- Attention to detail to safeguard hygiene and safety standards.
Understanding of food safety regulations and standards - Creativity and innovation to develop new food products and packaging solutions.
