Fresh Graduate Engineers (18 Positions)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Geological, Chemical, Software Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines, from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduate 2025-2026 of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
• Individuals holding a valid local driving license from Uganda have an added advantage
• Basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements and safe working practices
• Willingness to work in field/site environments, including remote locations.
• Ability to work in teams and strong willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and work under supervision.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Good inventory and materials management skills.
• Knowledge of QC/QA standards and procedures.
• Basic emergency response and safety awareness.
• Good administrative and technical support skill
• Fluency in English and local languages; Runyoro, Alur, Luganda is mandatory
