Kula Kula Energy Ltd is a dynamic energy company dealing in LPG Gas & Fuel

We are expanding our operations and seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our team, drive strategic growth, and deliver excellence across all business functions including Marketing.

POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER

MISSION

To lead Kula Kula Energy to new heights by driving operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth in the LPG Gas & Fuel industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Oversee LPG Gas & Fuell operations, sales, marketing, and distribution
• Lead and manage the marketing function to build brand visibility and market share
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost efficiency
• Build and lead a strong management team
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
• Drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in energy, oil & gas, LPG, or fuel industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong business acumen and financial expertise
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
