HOUSE KEEPER
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure rooms are well stocked with amenities and linens.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Follow health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Support in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or resort (preferred).
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
WAITER / WAITRESSES
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized and well set.
- Assist in menu presentations and make suitable recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support the team in delivering excellent dining experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel or resort (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A pleasant, well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
