Roke Telecom is hiring an INOC Engineer

DEPARTMENT: Technical Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions.

Experience & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum certification requirement: CCNA or JNCIA-Junos.
3. Strong networking knowledge, with proficiency in Juniper, Cisco, and MikroTik technologies.
4. At least 3 years of relevant experience in an ISP environment, with a proven track record of responsibility.
5. Customer service and end-user support experience, with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
